Claire Day - Founder and Director
My passion at work is simply to inspire business leaders to engage their staff and help them understand how.
Why? I want the businesses I support to succeed. There is a direct link between staff engagement and a company's bottom line. The more companies succeed, the more our economy benefits. Also, I firmly believe that business leaders have an obligation to engage staff, because the positive ripple effects are considerable and have a positive societal benefit.
I'm a highly motivated human resources and communications professional, with a proven track record and many years of experience working in a number of very respected corporates, in NZ for 12 years and previously in the UK. I have influenced workplace culture and delivered change at a very senior level. I am an accredited HBDI practitioner and am trained in the Prosci change management methodology.
Since departing from the corporate world I've focused my attention on helping those businesses with tens and hundreds of employees (rather than thousands!) and inspiring their leaders to succeed by gaining the emotional commitment of the people who work for them. I love it!
I make a point to speak to other business leaders to keep on top of what’s going on in the engagement space. Therefore the support I can provide you is based not just on my own experience with Air New Zealand, Samsung and a number of other small and medium sized companies, but also on the initiatives being undertaken by others keen to drive engagement in their respective companies.

Janine is our Operations Manager here at CultureWise. Janine holds many years of experience in operations management, data analytics and remuneration consulting both in New Zealand and the UK.
Janine's focus is on ensuring a smooth and efficient process that meets the needs of the organisations we work alongside. Her eye for detail, positive attitude, willingness to look for new ways to help clients and ability challenge the status quo is invaluable. She has a particular expertise in using data to tell meaningful stories for our clients, to support their staff engagement journeys.
